What Snow?? See you at 5:20am for MILL CITIES RELAY TRAINING!!

 


27 MILES-5 LEGS-2 STATES-1 River

Cut down workout – to stimulate running fast on tired legs. 4x 1200 m repeats w/ 400m recovery jog. Start at half marathon pace. Each rep we will pick up the pace by 10-15 seconds per mile.

Weather is 30 degrees, layer up! Good idea to get a mile or 2 in before we start. I will be leading plyometrics at 5:20 with a few strides to boot. 1200’s start at 5:30.

NOTHINGS OVER TILL WE SAY IT IS!!!!!
