Happy Hill climb day!!

Looking for another work out?  Maybe looking to get faster, stronger?  Looking to get off the road?  Try Thursday’s with Geno.  This is hill workout, not a small hill and not a mountain.  McIntyre Ski hill is certain to challenge your legs, your lungs, your head,  but will leave you with a great sense of accomplishment, more confident and a bit faster if you keep it up.

Join Geno and others Thursday’s at 5:30pm.  Run starts at the bottom of McIntyre so please arrive warmed up.  Some folks park at Hillside and run over for a warm up.  Bring water especially with the warmer temps coming.  Quick stop at the top for a core workout and back down for another…Runners choice on how many.

Some of you like this workout,  some of you don’t… We will probably do this workout once again in 4 weeks.  I see it as a recovery week and a test week so you can compare.   Later in the season,  our recovery/test workout will be the 6 x 800 workout.
